GROUTING
It is recommended that UltraFloor is grouted with 35N/mm2 concrete with aggregate size not more than 10mm before loading out with blocks.
- No creaking floor joints.
- Sound insulation is vastly improved which therefore provides you with a quieter home.
- Ultrafloor slabs are incombustable and therefore provide good fire resistance.
- Ultrafloor is durable, vermin free and rot free.
- Ultrafloor slabs shrink much less than timber flooring therefore reducing the degree of cracking in your home.
- Ultrafloor can span 5 metres in domestic applications and comes in a standard width of 600mm.
- Ultrafloor can support non-load bearing walls built directly off the slabs for spans less than 4 metres. Greater spans can be achieved using Finlite Blocks.
- A typical bungalow dwelling can be floored in approximately three hours, so building personnel need never leave the site.
- Ultrafloor provides an immediate working platform for following trades.
- Ultrafloor can receive all floor finishes from concrete cement screed to floating timber.
- Ultrafloor is manufactured in a factory controlled environment.
