We can construct the basic structural frame of most buildings entirely from precast concrete elements comprising columns, beams, wall panels, flooring units and stairs.
These are manufactured under rigorously supervised factory conditions using only the best quality raw materials to ensure perfection time and time again.
The erection of precast concrete frames can be carried out efficiently with the minimum of site labour and a reduced dependancy on weather conditions compared to in-situ construction.
This enables construction works to be completed within much tighter programmes and allows the client to have an earlier return on his capital.
